Promoting Your Event

There are two open channels when it comes to 103.9 The Juice and promoting your community event.

On-Air Promotion

If you have a special event coming up that you would like our on-air listeners to hear about, there are a few steps in the process.  We have to keep this very organized because there's always a lot going in our community!  And while we would like to be able to support everything, we simply cannot.

If you or your organization has an advertising budget to help publicize your event, we can help you invest those funds multiply in value many times over through a cooperative sales promotion with our station.  Contact Ross to discuss your sales promotion today!

If you don't have any advertising funds to publicize your event, you can still make a proposal to us.  Be sure that you give us lots of time (30 or more days recommended) and as much detail as you can.  Contact our Promotions department with your request.

Online Promotion

More and more of our listeners are connecting online with us and our community. You can submit the details of your event to be posted on www.1039thejuice.com, as well as our community partner, www.HQkelowna.com.  Again, we can't post everything, but if you give us all the details and enough time we will do our best!

Or you may wish to drop all the details off at The Juice studios, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am through 4:30 pm, at the corner of Gordon Drive and Highway 97 (near Capri Centre).
